Digital Products — All Sales Final

All Licensely products (RN Navigator, FNP Navigator, and the All-in-One Bundle) are instant-access digital products. Because full access is granted immediately upon purchase, all sales are final and no refunds will be issued.

Why We Have This Policy

Once you complete your purchase, you receive immediate, unrestricted access to your Navigator dashboard and all of its features. Because the product is fully delivered at the point of sale, we are unable to reverse or refund transactions.

Issues With Your Purchase

If you experience any technical issues accessing your dashboard, trouble logging in, or have questions about your purchase, we're here to help. Please reach out to us at hello@licensely.io and we'll do our best to resolve your issue promptly.

Duplicate Purchases

If you accidentally purchased the same product twice, or purchased a single Navigator and then the Bundle, contact us at hello@licensely.io and we will work with you to make it right.
