Refund Policy

Digital Products — All Sales Final

All Licensely products (RN Navigator, APRN Navigator, and the All-in-One Bundle) are instant-access digital products. Because full access is granted immediately upon purchase, all sales are final and no refunds will be issued.

Why We Have This Policy

Once you complete your purchase, you receive immediate, unrestricted access to your Navigator dashboard and all of its features. Because the product is fully delivered at the point of sale, we are unable to reverse or refund transactions.

Issues With Your Purchase

If you experience any technical issues accessing your dashboard, trouble logging in, or have questions about your purchase, we're here to help. Please reach out to us at hello@licensely.io and we'll do our best to resolve your issue promptly.

Duplicate Purchases

If you accidentally purchased the same product twice, or purchased a single Navigator and then the Bundle, contact us at hello@licensely.io and we will work with you to make it right.

Account Sharing & Terms Violations

Your access credentials are personal to you and may not be shared, distributed, sold, or transferred to any third party. Licensely actively monitors account usage patterns. If Licensely determines, in its reasonable discretion, that you have violated the Terms of Use — including but not limited to sharing your account, copying or distributing Licensely content, attempting to resell or sublicense access, or scraping or extracting data via automated means — access may be suspended or revoked without notice and without refund. See Terms of Use §3.5, §4.2, §9, and §10.1 for the full conduct policy.
